Return Policy:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a valid receipt. The item must remain unused, be in its original condition, and include all original packaging. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items or items that have been specially ordered.
Special Order / Non-stock Item(s) Policy:
All special order and non-stock items require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. Once the order is placed with the supplier, cancellations are impossible, and the items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift cards may only be redeemed for products and services offered by What the Grill, LLC. They are not eligible for return or exchange for cash. A gift card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or utilized without authorization. Please be advised that gift cards will expire two years from the date of purchase. (activation fee is applied)
